Jerry Terbrock (JT8-HR) - 2007 12 pt. Holly, Redheart and Ebony, leather wrap, 1 of 1
Many of the top players in Missouri have chosen Jerry Terbrock's cues for their playability. Rich Cunningham, winner of the 2005 BCA Grand Master Singles, is among those who have had great tournaments playing with a custom Terbrock cue.
BCA 2005 Juniors Champion Justin Bergman joined the six-member U.S. Team in September's WPA Junior World Championships after winning in the `18 and Under Boys' division in the BCA Junior & Collegiate 9-Ball Championships held in June 2005. Justin, of Fairview, IL, finished 5th overall at the 2005 Worlds in Austria with his Terbrock cue.
Jerry started making cues in 1993, and has been building 30 to 40 cues per year in his shop near St. Louis since going full-time in 2001.
This new, one-of-a-kind cue was completed in May, 2007. It is the first one Jerry has done like this. Eight short-spliced holly points are framed in red veneer in an ebony forearm. The shorter points alternate with and slightly overlap the long points.
Each of the four long points has a re-cut (double-milled) Redheart point with a black veneer. A band of Redheart appears at the top and bottom of the ebony butt sleeve, bordered by white, red, and white veneer rings. The flat-faced joint has a stainless steel radial pin with a 3/8-8 thread and black linen phenolic joint and shaft collars. Matching white/red/white veneer rings appear above the smooth black leather wrap (A) and also at the joint and shaft collars (D & E). The black butt cap is marked with a white Terbrock "T" logo framed with its distinctive outline. A threaded black rubber bumper protects the butt cap.
Two 13mm shafts, with Ivorine ferrules and Talisman layered tips. Both shafts are unplayed (test hit only by the cuemaker). This naturally weighted cue is 19.5 oz. Length is 58 inches.
Don't miss this opportunity to own a handsome and great hitting cue by one of the talented "new generation" of cue makers.
