Brunswick Cues

(BBC-86) Brunswick-Balke-Collender (BBC-86) - c. early 1920's, 4 points, red & gold eagle decal, reverse pin, all original (BBC-86)

This Brunswick-Balke-Collender full-spliced 4-point cue (no veneers) is in excellent condition overall, with what appears to be the original wrap and finish. The butt sleeve has the red and gold BBC eagle decal, which is in excellent condition. The flat-faced ivory-colored fibre joint has black joint and shaft collars. The rubber bumper is attached with a steel slotted screw. The grained black leather wrap shows light wear and scratches. There is some finish wear at the top of the butt near the joint collar.

Condition is 85% - pretty good for a cue that is nearly 100 years old.

One 12.75mm shaft with reverse long (1-1/2 inch, 40mm) brass pin, ¾-inch ivory ferrule, played but clean, weighing 3-3/4 oz. (108g).

The butt weight is 18-5/8 oz. (528g).
